Rehancer Al Privacy Policy
I ("I", "me", or "my") have developed and operate the Rehancer Al application ("Rehancer Al" or the "App") as a free software application. This Service is provided to you by me at no monetary cost and is offered strictly in accordance with the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains, in a clear and transparent manner, how I collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process your personal information when you access or use my Service. It is important that you review this document carefully so that you fully understand how and why your data is processed.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using my Service, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you have reviewed, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy. You also agree that I may collect and use your information as described herein for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. I will not use or disclose your personal information to any third party except as explicitly described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Face Data Policy
What face data is my app collecting?
When you use certain features of the app, I process the images you submit to detect and analyze facial feature points (such as the position of the eyes, nose, and mouth) solely for providing face-related effects and features. I do not build or maintain a facial recognition database, nor do I store facial templates used for identification or authentication. Once the analysis to generate the desired effects is complete, the associated facial data is deleted and not retained.
What is the purpose of collecting this information?
To provide you with the "Similar Faces" effect and other facial processing features, the app must temporarily identify and analyze facial feature points in the images you choose to upload. The process is typically as follows:
- You upload or transfer images to my servers through the app.
- My servers analyze your images and generate the necessary facial data processing results.
- The app automatically combines the facial data processing results with specific materials or effects to generate the final effect you see.
- The images and related processing data are temporarily stored in encrypted storage on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are only stored for the time required to complete the compositing process. Your images and related data are automatically deleted after the compositing process is complete.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
Facial images and related processing data will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used for my own purposes. The images you upload and their corresponding processing data will only be used to provide the effect you requested and will be deleted immediately after processing.
How long will the data be stored?
Data is only temporarily stored and will be deleted promptly after use. User-uploaded images and related data will be deleted immediately after a new image is returned to the user.
Where will this information be stored?
Images and related information are temporarily stored in my secure and encrypted infrastructure (such as AWS) and are subject to strict access control. They will be deleted immediately after processing.
Your consent
Before you submit a photo for AI processing, I will ask for your explicit consent in the app. By tapping "Agree" or "Continue", you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the collection and processing of your image as described here. You may decline; in that case, the AI effect feature will not be available for that submission.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are transmitted to your browser by websites you visit and may be stored on your device’s internal memory or other storage.
The Service itself does not intentionally deploy or manage first‑party "cookies". However, the App may include or rely on third‑party code, software development kits (SDKs), or libraries that use cookies or similar tracking technologies in order to collect information and enhance their services. Such technologies may, for example, assist in measuring usage, preventing fraud, or improving service reliability.
You may choose to configure your device or browser to accept or reject cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. Please be advised that if you disable or refuse cookies, certain features or portions of the Service may not function properly or may become unavailable.

I may engage carefully selected third‑party companies and individuals to perform functions on my behalf in connection with the provision and operation of the Service. These third‑party service providers may be engaged for, including but not limited to, the following purposes:
- To facilitate the provision and maintenance of the Service;
- To provide the Service on my behalf (for example, hosting, storage or infrastructure services);
- To perform services related to the core functionality of the App; or
- To assist me in monitoring, analyzing and improving how the Service is utilized.
Where such third parties have access to your personal information, they are permitted to use it solely for the purpose of performing the tasks assigned to them on my behalf and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and to refrain from using it for any other purpose.
Log Data
When you use the Service, in the event that an error occurs within the App, I may collect data and information from your device (via third‑party products) referred to as “Log Data”. Log Data may include, but is not limited to, details such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App at the time of the error, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other technical statistics relevant to diagnosing and resolving issues.
This Log Data is collected and processed exclusively for the purposes of monitoring the performance of the Service, identifying and correcting technical problems, maintaining security, and improving the overall quality and stability of the App.
Information Collection and Use
To enable the full functionality of the Service and to provide you with a reliable and secure user experience, I may request that you provide certain personally identifiable information while using the App. The categories of information I may request, collect and process are limited to what is necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.
